Questionable
Teachings of Islam: One Billion People Deceived
Unfortunately,
when it comes to all religions, most people do not stop to question
whether they are being told the truth! Many who consider themselves
to be religious may even be kept in line by clerics who threaten that
"God" will punish them with hell-fire for questioning church leadership.
There are various religions, other than Islam, whose church leaders
use guilt and other psychological fear tactics as a means of controlling
their congregation. In many instances this tends to push other people
away from the concept of religion altogether.
Another tragic
fact is that most religions have never really been peaceful nor truthful
at all. Millions of innocent people have been killed in the name of
"God" by movements that believed it was their "Divine duty" to do
so. This is what Muhammad sincerely believed as he directed his armies
to impose Islam upon the world; first by invitation, then by threats
and persecutions, and finally by war. In a partial spirit of tolerance,
Muhammad commanded that Jews and Christians who did not
submit to Islam should be taxed, but persecution and forced conversions
against other people still took place. There was no tolerance for
people from pagan tribes as Muhammad gave the orders to kill them
wherever they were to be found. Yes, there is compulsion in religion
and the present day situation of today's events is undeniable proof.
There is also no denying that There Is Only One Truth!
In other
words, whenever people are deceived by half-truths, this means that
the other half that they believe are all lies. And, while
there may be many who believe in the existence of God, others deny
that God exists. There is only one Truth in this matter as well. Either
God exists, or, God does not exist. Plain and simple! If you believe
in the existence of the One Supreme Creator of all and you view
non-Muslims as friends - not enemies, then you should follow the sense
within your soul and personally invite the God of Creation to guide
your soul into wisdom and spiritual peace that is found in Truth
and love that only God can give.
"...Blessed are they which do
hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled; Blessed
are the merciful; for they shall obtain mercy; Blessed are the pure
in heart; for they shall see God; Blessed are the peacemakers; for
they shall be called the Children of God. (Mt:5:6-9)
