The few
comparisons presented throughout this section reveal that Islamic
theology conflicts greatly from the fundamental Judeo/Christian belief
regarding a Divine Creator and Creation.
In addition, whenever
belief systems and information are not in agreement, a multitude of
followers on one side - or the other - are being misled. Truth
for seeking God must therefore be sought and received through an individual's
own inquiry and experience. Religions, such as Islam, that force
their followers to believe doctrinal tenets of faith without question
are doing a great disservice to each individual and are disobeying the
True God of Creation who has given each individual the right of free-will.
Any
individual who is coerced into worshipping God through guilt
and threats of corporal and eternal punishment is not really
worshipping from their heart but out of fear. It is a sad fact to
read how various religious cult leaders have deceived followers
through methods of allurement and brainwashing techniques that
oftentimes end up in tragic results. Such is the case with the re-emerged
fundamental movement of Islam whose clerics preach hatred in the name
of religion and command Muslims to engage in terror and violence
against non-Muslims. This is the same way that Muhammad and his armies
spread the religion of Islam in the seventh-century.
